All deliveries require a signature. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection from the local depot.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return an item:

  1. Contact us by phone (0845 123 4568) or email (service@digitaldirectuk.com) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  3. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Send the package to: Digital Direct GB Ltd, Returns Department, Unit 7, Trinity Park Industrial Estate, Manchester, M17 1RW.
  5. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

For faulty or incorrectly delivered items, we will arrange free collection at our expense.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can place orders by calling our sales team on 0845 123 4567 during business hours. Our team can also provide product advice and help you choose the right item.

Q: Do you offer installation services?

We do not currently offer installation, but we can recommend qualified AV installers in your area. Our Technical Advice section also provides setup guides for many products.

Q: Are your products genuine UK stock?

Yes, all products are sourced through official UK distribution channels and come with full UK manufacturer warranties. We do not sell grey imports.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also email orders@digitaldirectuk.com for a status update.

Q: Do you offer finance?

Yes, finance is available on orders over £300. See our Package Deals page for details or call our sales team.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. We will arrange free collection and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
