Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Digital Direct GB Ltd through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

Digital Direct GB Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 04567890. Our registered office is at Unit 7, Trinity Park Industrial Estate, Manchester, M17 1RW. VAT registration number: GB 823 4567 01.

2. Ordering & Pricing

All prices shown on this website include VAT at the current rate (17.5%) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. No contract exists between you and Digital Direct GB Ltd until we dispatch the goods to you and send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: £9.99 per order (free on orders over £100). 3-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery: £19.99 per order. Next working day if ordered before 2pm.
  • Saturday Delivery: £29.99 per order. Available on Saturday morning only.
  • Showroom Collection: Free. Collect from our Manchester showroom during opening hours.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other non-mainland locations, please contact us for a delivery quote.

4. Returns Policy

We operate a 14-day returns policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that:

  • The goods are in their original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories, manuals and free gifts are included
  • The goods have not been used or installed
  • You contact us first to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)

The cost of returning unwanted goods is borne by the customer. We recommend using an insured delivery service. We will refund the original delivery charge but not the cost of returning the item.

If goods are faulty or have been delivered in error, we will arrange collection at our expense and issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Warranty

All products sold by Digital Direct GB Ltd are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer, typically between 1 and 2 years. Warranty terms are as specified by the manufacturer and are included with the product documentation.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team who will advise on the returns process.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Switch and Solo debit/credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (for orders over £500)
  • Finance through V12 Retail Finance (subject to status, on orders over £300)

All card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway using 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Finance Options

Finance is available on orders over £300, subject to status and application. Interest-free options are available over 6 and 10 months, and low-rate interest options over 24 and 36 months. 8. Availability

While we make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate, there may be occasions when an item is out of stock at the time of ordering. If this occurs, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer you the option to wait for the item to come back into stock, select an alternative product, or cancel your order for a full refund.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, industrial action, power failure, or failure of telecommunications networks.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Existing orders will be governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
